How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping and handling fees are based on your purchase total. The majority of merchandise offered is shipped from our warehouse. The shipping charges listed below reflect a savings to our customers. Through The Gate Gifts pays a portion or all of the actual shipping fees depending on the amount of your purchase.
$0.01 - $29.99 : S/H = $7.50
$30.00 - $89.99 : S/H = $5.00
$90.00 and up : S/H = FREE
When will I receive my order?
Your order will originate from Central and/or Southern California. All orders are processed within 48 hours. California residents should receive their purchases within 4-5 business days. East Coast residents should allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
California residents pay sales tax of 7.75%.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept personal and certified checks, money orders, Paypal payments, Visa, and Mastercard.
Your Paypal and credit card payments are secure. Credit card payments are made through Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to submit payment with a credit card. During the checkout process, you will be directed to Paypal to finalize payment. Paypal processes credit card payments and forwards the payment to us. Through The Gate Gifts does not receive your credit card information.
If you choose to pay by personal check, we may delay shipment until the personal check is cleared.
